need to serve you better and will not - without your consent - sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement except in cases where in good faith we

Order Handling We only accept orders from within the continental United States. Shipping & Handling charges are no longer a fixed fee. They
are now calculated based on weight and location during checkout. UPS has raised their rates four times since we have changed ours. Our change to a variable fee will allow us to keep up with those UPS increases and
to pass along discounts, particularly on heavier items - for example Laundry Products have been discounted 50 cents to a dollar and Krazy Salt 30 cents.
Orders will be shipped via UPS Ground from our Chicago warehouse. They do not deliver to U.S. Post Office Boxes.
The address you give must be an address where a UPS delivery can be made.
You can pay with your PayPal account or credit card. PayPal is handling our credit card authorizations. You do not need to have a PayPal account to pay through their service. They accept Visa,
Mastercard, Discover and American Express. (Note that on the PayPal form you must enter your credit card number without dashes. Using dashes will result in an "invalid number" error.)
Or pay with a cashier's check, money order or personal check. We will hold personal checks for 10 business days before shipping your order. Please add items to the shopping cart, add
Illinois sales tax if order is to be shipped to Illinois, click the GO TO PAYMENTS button, fill in your billing information then print that page and mail it with your check or money order to:

Order Confirmation We will get back to you within 24 hours by email with order confirmation and an estimated delivery date. We make every effort to
ship the next business day after receiving your order. We will follow up with shipping confirmation and a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.
Return Policy You may return any item purchased for refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Shipping and handling costs will be refunded only if the
item is defective or shipped as a result of our error. Refunds are credited upon receipt of the merchandise.
